E-J HR Consulting offers a range of services to clients which are designed to support individuals in their development and performance.

We also recognise that, whilst business owners and organisational leaders may be very good at what they do, their own leadership development may have been ad hoc and on the job at best. Equally, as businesses move into different phases of organisational growth, requirements on and of leaders & managers change and, therefore, what has seemingly worked in the past is no longer appropriate or effective.

What people management needs might look like specifically will be dependent on the organisational context. In the same way that no two people are the same, the people requirements of organisations are also different. However, at E-J HR Consulting our approach is to provide strategic HR, delivered in a way that is practical and that is right for your business, not just any business.

E-J's coaching has helped me to consider some of my underlying beliefs and principles concerning my areas of focus as well as also considering the application of tools and skills available to me. This has been extremely beneficial - the coaching has been directly applicable to my day-to-day work and I can also see how it is positively shaping my own longer term development.
